How the day runs

Pickup, pace, lunch, and return are confirmed before you leave

The final voucher states pickup point, expected departure, drive time, guide format, included fees, lunch arrangement, footwear advice, and likely return. We do not promise an exact return minute on rough roads or in wildlife areas, but we build enough margin for dinner, airport transfers, or the next morning’s climb.

Weather changes the plan

Waterfall trails become slippery, mountain views disappear behind cloud, springs can be busy, and park roads can slow after rain. The guide may reverse the order, shorten a walk, substitute a viewpoint, or recommend another day trip. A sensible change is better than protecting a brochure schedule.

Local hosting and photography

Permission matters in villages and markets. Ask before photographing people, homes, ceremonies, stalls, or children. Community fees and local-guide payments are shown in the quote; spontaneous donations are not used as a substitute for fair programme design.

Airport day?

Tell us the actual flight number before choosing a day trip. A nearby town walk may be practical; a remote waterfall or national park usually is not.
